Our team is working hard to preserve the building’s coastal charm while ensuring its safety and longevity for the future.

In other news, a recent study from the University of Miami has raised concerns about sinking and settling in nearly 35 high-rise buildings along South Florida’s coast, some of which are less than 10 years old. The study links these shifts to changes in the underlying limestone and sand, as well as nearby construction vibrations. This serves as a timely reminder for building owners to monitor their properties for potential settling or structural issues.
