BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM)

Our team is proficient in the latest building information modeling and clash detection software utilizing the capabilities of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. We also take advantage of the interoperability with finite element modeling software to assist in the design process.

To provide added value and client flexibility, we offer the use of Autodesk AutoCAD based on project-specific needs.

BUILDING INSPECTIONS

We are experts in the Florida’s mandated Milestone Phase I/II Inspections, Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS), Turnover Reports and Building Recertifications. With an extensive background in forensic investigations, concrete repair, and new construction, we have a comprehensive understanding of structural design.
