Trent is a seasoned engineer with over ten years of experience and a deep passion for turning design ideas into reality. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Florida. As the driving force behind two successful companies, QD Engineering and Engineering Solutions, Trent takes pride in collaborating with a diverse range of partners. These include architects, contractors, realtors, developers, and homeowners, all of whom rely on his expertise to bring their visions to life. Trent is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Florida Structural Engineers Association. His commitment to these organizations reflects his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry advancements. Beyond his professional life, Trent is equally passionate about giving back to the community. He actively supports charitable organizations such as First Tee, Xcel, Healthy Hire Healthy Retire, and Scotch and Sharks, contributing to causes that have a positive impact on the lives of others. When he's not busy shaping the world of engineering, Trent finds solace in the great outdoors. He's an avid golfer, an enthusiastic snorkeler, and a passionate traveler who cherishes every opportunity to explore new destinations. Mark Lisek
Principal Engineer
Mark Lisek is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in architectural technology and structural engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Design Studies in Architectural Technology from Boston Architectural College and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Florida. Mark has been an integral part of Engineering Solutions, LLC since its inception, demonstrating unwavering commitment to the company's growth and success. His expertise spans across South Florida and Massachusetts, where he specializes in solutions that have a significant impact on diverse sectors, including hospitality, retail, entertainment, religious, and biomedical facilities. Armando is a driven engineer with a Master's degree from the University of Florida. His solid foundation in Civil and Structural engineering allows him the privilege to work on cutting-edge projects that impact the education and healthcare sectors. He’s currently an active member of several associations, including ACI, ASCE, FSEA and NCSEA where he continues to broaden his knowledge and stay at the forefront of industry trends. Beyond the engineering realm, you'll often find him immersed in the world of cinema, both exploring new releases and relishing classics. When the sun is high, he can’t resist the call of the beach or a refreshing dip in the pool during the summertime.
Roberto Molina
Senior Engineer
Roberto earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami, where he honed his skills in blending engineering with the intricacies of urban planning. As an engineer with a passion for shaping the urban landscape, he enjoys engaging in hands-on experiences whenever possible. Whether it's participating in construction site visits, conducting structural tests, or using simulation software, his practical involvement continues making an impact throughout South Florida. Beyond the blueprint, you'll often find him pursuing outdoor adventures. Roberto is an avid kayaker, enjoys shooting sports, relish a day of fishing, and can't resist the allure of a billiards table. Claudia is an accomplished professional with a Masters in Business Administration earned from Florida Atlantic University. She brings her expertise to Engineering Solutions as a valued consulting partner representing Arias, Arias and Jasko Financial. In her role, Claudia is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing critical financial functions, controls, and policies. Her purview includes accounting, capital structure, and human resources management, as well as the supervision of administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. In her personal life, Claudia finds fulfillment in various pursuits. You can often find Claudia immersed in a good book or whipping up delicious culinary creations in her kitchen. Her love for the arts also extends to live theater, where she enjoys the magic of storytelling on the stage.
