Mark Lisek – Principal Engineer
We are delighted to share this month’s employee spotlight, Mark Lisek. Mark is a dedicated professional at the heart of Engineering Solutions, LLC. With a solid foundation in architectural technology and structural engineering, Mark earned his Bachelor of Design Studies from Boston Architectural College and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Florida.
Since the inception of Engineering Solutions, Mark has played a pivotal role, showcasing unwavering commitment to our growth and success. His expertise spans South Florida and Massachusetts, specializing in impactful solutions for diverse sectors, including hospitality, retail, entertainment, religious, and biomedical facilities.
Mark is not just a seasoned engineer; he is an active member of the Florida Structural Engineers Association (FSEA), staying connected with industry peers and staying updated on the latest developments. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mark finds joy in outdoor adventures, embraces his passion for travel, and has an unwavering fascination with all things Tesla. Prioritizing quality time with friends and family, Mark approaches life with boundless energy, living each moment to the fullest. His commitment to excellence in engineering, coupled with his diverse interests, makes Mark a dynamic and well-rounded individual who positively influences both his professional and personal spheres.
ES Project Spotlight
Icaria Apartments – Apartment Complex
ES Engineers assisted Cardone Capital with the structural evaluation of this (5) Building 3-Story Luxury Apartment Complex while they were in the due diligence period for the financial acquisition of the property.
ES provided same day service and was able to perform a site assessment, perform a structural analysis model and a report of findings within the 24-hour window that the potential property owner used to make educated decisions on the health and safety of structures. Based on ES’s report, Cardone Capital moved forward with the acquisition of this “Opportunity Asset” and is currently owned and managed by their “Fund 23” which has 150 million in assets.
