Project Overview
Engineering Solutions provided structural design and construction documents for a high-end office renovation at 600 Brickell Ave in downtown Miami, Florida. The renovation included a 40-foot glass operable partition requiring reinforcement of the existing steel-framed roof system. Additional structural members supported the new partition and enhancements to the existing conference rooms in accordance with the client's architectural program.
