Project Overview
Engineering Solutions is providing full structural engineering services for a brand new 9,600 SF custom home on Alhambra Place in West Palm Beach, FL. Scope includes foundation design, exterior CMU walls, and prefabricated wood truss systems for both the floor and roof. Our team is coordinating with the architectural team, reviewing CAD files, and producing complete permit-ready structural documents designed to meet Florida Building Code 8th Edition (2023) and ASCE 7-22 standards.
