Project Overview
Structural conditions assessment and Broward County Building Safety Structural and Electrical Recertification for the 100 S Military Trail Complex — Deerfield Square, a multi-building commercial retail shopping center in Deerfield Beach, FL. Scope included comprehensive field observations of the primary structural systems and building envelope, review of the electrical service and distribution across the complex, and preparation of the sealed recertification reports required by Broward County.
The Challenge
Coordinating a multi-building recertification across an active retail shopping center with numerous tenants, limited access to concealed structural elements, and live electrical systems that had to remain in service throughout inspection.
Our Solution
Phased field assessment program pairing detailed structural observations with electrical service and distribution review, culminating in sealed structural and electrical recertification reports submitted to Broward County Building Safety.
