Project Overview
Engineering Solutions is providing structural engineering services for 24 lots at Farrell Estates, a new planned residential community in Wellington, FL, with each design customized to its site-specific conditions. The work includes structural design of multiple lots using traditional CBS construction with wood framed floor systems and prefabricated roof trusses, including concrete and steel transfer beams over open spaces. Engineering Solutions is also developing structural design drawings for the shoring systems, conducting shop drawing reviews, and performing on-site inspections to confirm every system is built to match the design intent. Upon successful completion, a certificate of compliance is issued in accordance with Florida statutes to ensure full regulatory adherence.
