Project Overview
Engineering Solutions provided homeowners in Provincetown, MA with a comprehensive assessment of an existing residential foundation system. Scope included evaluating existing foundation conditions through an on-site investigation, verifying member sizes and dimensions in the field, and preparing a comprehensive structural assessment report with clear, actionable findings. To support both short-term and long-term stability, our team also developed construction documents for temporary shoring and foundation design, including analysis of existing framing, temporary construction loads, steel shoring spans, and cribbing layout.
