    Project Overview

    Engineering Solutions provided structural engineering services for the design and analysis of the front entry gate pilaster foundations at an existing property on Summa St in West Palm Beach, FL. The design focused on minimizing the foundation footprint while ensuring sufficient wind load resistance for the entry gate. The scope included review of the Report of Geotechnical Exploration and accompanying notes, and preparation of a structural SSK incorporating helical piles as part of the foundation system. Detailed specifications for the foundation system were developed to meet local code requirements, with coordination alongside the project team to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and project specifications. All deliverables were signed and sealed for permitting and construction, designed to withstand the loading criteria of the Florida Building Code 8th Edition (2023).
