Project Spotlight: Greensward Village One Condominiums
We are proud to continue supporting Greensward Village One Condominiums in Delray Beach as we move into Phase II of their concrete repair and restoration program. Our team is providing updated assessments to carefully document current conditions and ensure repair priorities reflect today’s needs. Alongside these assessments, we’re preparing construction documents that outline critical areas of repair, giving both the condominium board and contractors the clarity they need to proceed with confidence.
As construction begins, our engineers will remain on-site to monitor the work, ensuring every repair is carried out to professional industry standards. When the project is complete, we’ll certify that repairs align with approved plans, giving residents peace of mind that their homes are safe, secure, and built to last.
Expanding Our Reach Across Florida
September has been a busy month, with projects spanning from residential new construction in Hobe Sound, Belleaire, Tequesta, and Jupiter to structural assessments and concrete restoration in Tamarac. We’re also providing roof repair documents in Boca Raton and structural design in West Palm Beach. Each project reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering tailored engineering solutions that meet the unique demands of coastal environments.

In this month’s educational features, we dive into two topics critical to South Florida living: hurricane-ready upgradesand choosing the right materials for coastal construction. From reinforcing roof-to-wall connections to installing impact-rated windows, these upgrades not only safeguard lives and property but can also reduce insurance premiums. On the materials front, we explore how corrosion-resistant steel and high-density concrete are key to ensuring structural durability in humid, salt-rich environments.
