This month’s project spotlight highlights our newly contracted Phase I Waterproofing Assessment for a commercial office tower and parking garage at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach. Our team will be evaluating areas where water infiltration has been observed, including the parking garage top deck, building breezeways, and portions of the main building envelope. Through field observations, document review, and water testing as needed, Engineering Solutions will help identify potential sources of intrusion and provide practical recommendations for repair planning.
