June 2025 Newsletter: Stay Connected with ES!

Our June 2025 Newsletter Is Out! This month, we’re proud to spotlight our structural engineering work at the Dania Beach Distribution Center in Dania Beach, FL. Our team completed a comprehensive structural evaluation across four warehouses, providing repair recommendations and a detailed bid sheet to guide future improvements—all in full compliance with the Florida Building Code (2023). The result? A safer, code-compliant facility that’s ready to serve as a critical logistics hub for years to come.

We’re also busy across South Florida with exciting projects in Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Ocean Ridge, and beyond, ranging from residential new builds to commercial renovations and structural repairs. In this issue, we also dive into two key topics: hurricane-resistant building innovations and the evolving foundation strategies needed to combat rising sea levels. Plus, we’re hiring!
