One of the standout projects this month is the Longwood Towers concrete restoration in Bay Harbor Islands. Our team completed the restoration, ensuring the building’s structural integrity by repairing demising walls and cooling tower supports at the roof. We’re proud to have contributed our expertise to such a stunning project that enhances both safety and performance.

As hurricane season comes to a close, it’s crucial to understand the importance of pre and post-hurricane assessments. Our newsletter also dives into how these assessments can help property owners protect their investments by identifying vulnerabilities before a storm hits, and by providing comprehensive damage reports afterward to ensure smooth insurance claims processing. Given the recent devastation from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, these assessments are more critical than ever.
